HOLLY SMITH MSc, CO-DIRECTOR

Holly is an experienced and competent Applied Behaviour Analysis consultant with over 13 years of experience (2.5 tutoring and 10.5 consulting) and a master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is also a foster carer. She aims to create a highly motivating and enriched environment for learning. 

She is level 2 trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) practitioner which is incorporated into teaching to support emotional regulation. 

She has experience working within a multidisciplinary team and values each team member's contribution to each student's ongoing progress. Programmes are tailored for each child’s and families individual needs to maximise the functionality in their everyday life.

Outside of work, Holly spends time with family, friends, and her pets (dog, cats, chickens) and enjoys interior design and DIY. She is adventurous and enjoys kayaking, gaming, and hiking.

ELENA MICHAEL BA(HONS), CO-DIRECTOR

Elena is a tutor, wellbeing coach and mentor with a background in Law and English Literature. She has over 5 years experience working with students ages 4 to 40, to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Elena has a background in grassroots activism and campaigning on issues including online safety, violence against women and girls, women’s health, immigration, the death penalty and human rights. In her current work, Elena is an award-winning activist and campaigner. She co-founded and directs a campaign to protect people, both adults and children, from image-based sexual abuse. In 2021, the campaign, along with other organisations, convinced the UK Government to introduce legislation to criminalise the non-consensual taking of deepfake material. Her work has been featured in publications such as British Vogue, The Guardian, The BBC, The Evening Standard and many other outlets. In 2024, she was included on the list for the Forbes 30 under 30 Award.

Outside of work, Elena loves to read, cold water swim, watch Netflix, explore Wales (where she lives half of the time - when she isn’t in London) and hike with her doggo Axel!
